Ingredients:
• 75g soft blue cheese
• 1/3 cup light sour cream
• 2 Tbsp water
• 100g baby spinach leaves
• 1/3 cup walnuts
Preparation:
1. Place blue cheese, sour cream and water in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash until smooth and a pourable consistency. Season to taste.
2. Place baby spinach leaves on a serving platter. Scatter over walnuts and drizzle with blue cheese dressing. And voila! It is as easy as that!
