CAULIFLOWER SALAD


Ingredients:
• ½ Cauliflower
• 1 lemon juice
• ½ cup olives pitted
• 2 tomatoes diced
• 4 Pickles diced
• 5 branches fresh mint
• 3 spring onions finely sliced
• 1 capsicum diced
• 3Tbsp golgy berries
• 2Tbsp olive oil

Preparation :
1. Greet cauliflower in the larger part of the rind
2. Cut all the rest of vegetables in small cubes
3. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
4. Add the juice of 1 organic lemon and olive oil. Mix well
5. Serve as a whole in the bowl sprinkle with golgi berries and chopped mint lives OR serve as in small glasses decorated with mint lives in top for a brunch or appero
