Ingredients:
• 450g grilled Turkey sliced organic
• 1 large avocado organic
• 1 red apple organic
• 1 yellow apple(golden) organic
• 125 g mixed salad leaves organic
• 50 g mixes seeds (pumpkin and sunflowers)
• Pinch salt
• 1tsp oregano
• Pinch black pepper
• Pinch turmeric
Dressing:
• 3Tbsp low fat yogurt natural
• ½ tsp holey
• ½ tsp mustard
• 3Tbsp apple juice organic
Preparation:
1. Marinate turkey with pinch of salt, turmeric, black pepper and 1tsp oregano
2. Grill till is soft and cut in bite size portions
3. Mix in a large bowl all the above ingredients together.
4. Mix in an electric mixer or small bawl all the dressing ingredients
5. Pour the dressing over salad and mix all well
