FRUITY TOASTED WHOLEGRAINS WITH YOGURT


Ingredients:
• 200g blueberries
• 2 oranges segmented
• 2 grapefruits
• 2 pears sliced
• 50 g wholegrains toasted
• 300 g low fat natural yogurt
• 2tsp honey

Preparation :
1. Divide all prepared fruits in 4 small plates.
2. Pour the yogurt over
3. Sprinkle toasted wholegrains over and honey too
4. Serve

Nutritional Advice: The Wholegrains can be replaced by toasted mix nuts


Oranges are a good source of folates essential or the foetus development and formation of the red blood cells in adults. Those attributes belongs to all citrus fruits family. They are high in Vitamin C content as well which helps fight infections .
